Summer Symphony Painting

I was born in 1973 in the historic town of Biržai, Northern part of Lithuania. I live and work there as an independent artist. I studied Public administration at Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius and has a long-term career in the insurance industry. In parallel of all this, I was always interested in Arts, because, throughout my life, I always felt like an artistic soul. In 2018 I began to study and paint acrylic on my own. The major interest of mine is abstract painting on canvas by creating unique textures. I also enjoy the style of painting using tools such as palette knives and paint scrapers. Combining this with gentle brush strokes that allows me to build unique layers of texture and contrast into each of my pieces. It may be a complete dedication to the freedom of paint, forms, and colors, as well this may be a more material form of the image. I discover ideas and inspiration in the whole world that surrounds me. Paintings also reflect unique experiences and feelings of mine. Abstract painting seems so rich and so sensitive to me. It is an art that is not only visible but also felt. As an artist, I long for the creative process to never end, so I seem to convey the creative process to the viewer, whose imagination plays with the painting and thus allows the creation to continue in another dimension.
