Titled after the eye of the needle or supine figure four, Supta Kapotãsana stretches the hamstrings and quadriceps and opens the hips as well. This large scale abstract expressionist work is influenced by Hennick’s meditation and yoga practice.

Layering paint and selectively removing areas of it from the canvas creates both depth and dynamic color relationships.
