About The Artwork

Before the written history, existence in all its forms IS and will always be. To look at life according to the modern realm of understanding: education, marriage, family, wealth, car, house, retirement and death - this is the basic cycle of reproduction for all creatures. The Head, in the African tradition, has multiple meanings, but the most common, refers to the Source and Nature, put as one - The Head. The African physicists have dwelt in the highest form of existence from their beginning; therefore, understanding creation as One and being an expression of what is. They have transcended the mystery of the universe into living comprehension, then mapped them in writing. From them we have received everything from the knowledge of the horoscope, the eternity, to the written word which is none other than the Spirit. For thousands of years, they have maintained life in order in all its forms and have reached the highest technological advances in our sphere. A fraction of this knowledge has been put into religion and science - freezing the human direct connection with the universe and knowledge of themselves - transforming them into subjects of worshipping other humans, consumers of both material goods and bad philosophies, removing every life form under the earth and calling them natural resources to create wealth. A chaotic system which has destroyed everything around, in less than a century - turning away from true life, knowledge and wisdom, the discovery of self, the joy of being part of the universe and dwelling in all the realm of creation, coexisting on earth with all the billions of stars, descended to share our common goal into the never-ending stage of creativity.

I am a Cameroonian painter and sculptor based in London My portfolio of over 500 works consists of a variety of contemporary art, in almost every style: abstract, surrealism, cubism, portrait, landscape, sculptures, art installations, crafts and jewellery. I aim to show in my work the value and the privilege to be alive. I believe everything created has its own purpose, like the earth we live in – there is no other place where humans can share the same breath with animals and plants or drink the same water. The diversification of my art enables me to reach out to people’s minds and engage them in better understanding about the world we live in. Much of my work draws on the environmental transformations that are happening in the world and the effect that these changes have on mankind and nature. The vibrant aspect and diversity of each painting brings alive the subject to the viewer. Many people, from young to old, have been captured and amazed by both the content and energy of my paintings in past exhibitions.
