"Abi arrived at Rerinia a broken woman. On Earth, she had given off the appearance of a person who had it all together, but inside she was suffering. Each night she asked the Mother for the strength to let go of her past so she could move on with her future. The Mother finally instructed her to travel to the desert and wander until she found the Red Curtains that hid the River of Release. For days and nights, she wandered, heartbroken, lost, and alone. One night as she sat in the darkness, she began to cry and soon she felt water flowing past her. She opened her eyes to see that she was sitting in a river and sure enough it had been hidden by the Red Curtains. Her tears began to dry up and green apples began to fall off her body. The mistakes she couldn't let go of, the past that continued to haunt her lay bobbing in the River of Release. She held out her arms and cried a loud thank you to the Mother, for she knew today was the last day of being her older self."
