Originally from Omaha, Nebraska (USA) - John Stillmunks is an artist/writer currently working out of his palatial world headquarters/studio somewhere in the Midwest. John has produced hundreds of paintings primarily on wood panels, but also on canvas and paper. Two books are currently available in print as well as in e-book format. "Acerbic Diatribes of a Painter with a Laptop" and "Decade" are collections of his essays illustrated with some of his paintings. John participated in a wide range of fine art events, shows, and galleries primarily in the Midwest frequently from 2002 until 2015. John returned to school in 2015 and only recently began to produce work again in the summer of 2017.
