About The Artwork
This is a large format painting of three flowers. I was inspired by my garden in the island of Aruba. I love to paint in large formats on Belgium linen, it gives the painting a beautiful richness and density. In this painting the paint is generously spread with thick brush strokes. I hope the viewer will feel the depth and richness of the different tones of red.
