Clear perspex is colourless. Loss of light by absorption, and optical distortion are negligible. The weathering performance of perspex material is outstanding in all climates and colour development through ageing is minimal.

About The Artwork

In 74 miles an hour, John Bryson photographed the remnants of Hurricane Ernesto passing by Montreal, Canada in 2006. 74 miles an hour is the minimum speed of a hurricane. Print embedded in 20mm acrylic block. Limited edition of 50. 26/50 available. This triptych series captures landscapes, both natural and man-made, to explore how we create memory using variations of time. Triptychs are a natural format for this, with running sequences, changing exposures and time-lapses acting as frames in a film. Triptych size: W 105 x H 16.5 x D .78 in / W 267 x H 42 x D 2 cm. Single panel size: W 35 x H 16.5 x D .78 in / W 89.1 x H 42 x D 2 cm

Shipping & Returns

Delivery Time:Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

John Bryson began studying graphic design in Montreal. He worked at several agencies focussing on arts and culture clients and went on to set up his own studios, first in Toronto and then in London. He has exhibited his photography in many art international fairs, though most of his work is personal projects. His photography often uses abstraction as a process of taking away characteristics in order to reveal the essentials - capturing the essence or aura of landscapes, both natural and man-made. A passion for design means he seeks out the order, chaos and sense of humour in the world around us.
