Millennium Bridge, Globe and Tate Modern. London, England. 2022 Photograph - Limited Edition of 32

It's hard not to be impressed with all the wonderful bridges and buildings along the Thames and on my first visit to England this past summer I found myself like a kid [with a camera] in a candy shop. I took dozens of shots with my new Nikon Z7 from a tour boat my wife and I were on and my days as a sports photographer certainly helped with being able to capture the action on the fly. Seeing how the Millennium Bridge crossed ahead of us -- and, knowing the Shakespeare Globe Theatre and Tate Modern were coming up -- I was able to get in position and fire off a series of shots with a wide angle lens. As I mentioned with other shots from the London series I'm putting together the skies were magnificent. I shot and printed a bunch of shots from this sequence both in color and black & white and, to be honest, still can't figure which I like better -- though the black & white ones certainly are distinctive.
