Ships in a Tube
This work is inspired by the things abandoned in the British fen landscape The work of Robert Darch has inspired many investigations in the landscape and how people interact and inhabit it. This series is of the WW2 pill boxes scattered around the Cambridgeshire fens. The abstraction of black and white used to help the view immerse themselves in the abandoned landscape, asking questions of their placement and use.
