His father, first a fisherman then a lumberjack, taught him wisdom and liberty of expression. From a very young age, he started to express himself through photography. Only then was he certain his love for photography and exploration would bring him to travel beyond the Canadian borders. Since he’s 17 years old, he’s been true to his passions and faithful to his purpose, he travels the world with a suitcase and a camera. With a thousand clicks in more than 80 cities in 20 countries, he has made many acquaintances that have made him the photographer but more importantly, the man he is today. He excels his path by pursuing a bright career among major French-Canadian names, designers, Architects and artists From February 2009 to August 2010, Paul-André Larocque is a freelance photographer in Madrid, also working along with The Zombie Kids and Mistress Barbara, in collaboration with the spanish journalist David Farran De Mora.
