When photographing a captivating subject, I tend to want to document it as thoroughly as possible. To look for the different angles and how the geometry comes together. Vibrant color is a magnet. The escalator at the Seattle Public Library escalator has side panels that gradually change colors, perhaps, at the same speed as its moving stairs evoking a calm within the traveler.
