My daughter was wanting to get her ears pierced for years. My wife and I were scared and didn't know what age would be best. We finally decided to let her go and get them done. We were at our local mall and ready to get the piercing. My daughter was so brave. A few minutes before the piercing she posed for this picture. I call it shades because sunglasses are awesome. This image makes me smile and realize that kids can be cool. In many ways my daughter is much braver and has more confidence than I do. It is 6x4 inches in size.
