About The Artwork
I placed the model on a tall stool to give the dress a more dynamic vertical angle, like a volcano that just burst with lava flowing down the dirt hill (I was shooting her from a much steeper position below to give the volcano effect). For some reason this side of the hill always reminded me of a volcano, it's the only steep incline around. To me, the pathway mimicked lava sliding down a mountain, furiously charging it's way downhill.
