There is something about swimming, my grandma said. The last two years I am going to swim to Podoli swimming pool in Prague. I am not as good swimmer, sometimes I am the slowest swimmer in the pool. But. I love that place - classical swimming pool, no attractions, only you and water. Water in which you are able to hear your breath. Water where you feel free with yourself. Water where you feel the light coming through windows reflecting off the water surface...Last weeks I had no time to go there. I missed it. But. I bought new swimming dress in the meantime. Ordinary. No, it is not. Because I bought my first one-piece sport swimsuit in my life. At the age of forty. Because I felt it is time for it. Because I felt old enough not to doubt about myself. Because when you feel free to start wearing one-piece sport swimsuit at forty, you are ready to start living well. Today, I found the time and I was swimming and concentrating only on my breath. Only on water. Only on light. Only on myself. I did not care about how I look, whether I wheeze, whether I have assholes on my ass, whether my breasts look small...And I gave fourteen fifty meters pools.
