Gabriele Merolli was born in Rome in 1978. He was first involved in humanistic studies, which led in 2001 to a bachelor in Philosophy. From 1998, for 5 years, he worked in several photographic studios as an assistant. Starting in 2003 his career as a free lance, he works now for agencies, architects, designers, publishers, institutions and companies, between Amsterdam Roma and Barcelona.
