About The Artwork

Shot amongst the rooftop's of London's Chelsea Bridge Road, this photograph is from a campaign originally shot for lingerie brand 'Yes Master' for the launch of their Spring/Summer 2007 Collection 'Kim Novak and The Gipsy Collection'.

Yes Master was established in 2005, by chemist Igor Pacemski, his first collection hit the shelves of Henri Bendel in New York, Miss Lala's Boudoir in London and Anna in Copenhagen.

The late 1990's/early 2000's was an exciting period in London's fashion scene. Playing out to the backdrop of mega fashion names John Galliano, Alexander McQueen, Matthew Williamson, and rising talents Stella McCartney and Phoebe Filo, a new generation of designers grew up at the nucleus of Central St Martin's College of Art & Design. Famously collaborating with Zac Posen whilst at St Martin's, Sarah, shot Lola Schnabel in Posen's iconic leather gown, both dress and photograph form part of the Victoria & Albert Museum Collection. Sarah went on to promote, art direct and shoot imagery for many Central St Martin's contemporaries and other early career designers in London.

Since graduating, Sarah has worked in communications and as a freelance creative for young start-ups, industry-defining luxury brands, world-renowned broadcast media, award winning film production companies and the drinks industry. Her main interest now is in focusing on design details and sub-cultures within the automotive industry.
