Daniel was born and raised in the South East of England and graduated with a degree in Palaeontology from Imperial College, London. Following his degree, Daniel moved to a small village in South Wales. Feeling somewhat restricted by the micro-specialisms and inquiry methods of science, Daniel enrolled onto a Fine Art degree course at Swansea Metropolitan University. Throughout the duration of his degree, Daniel has wrestled with some of the macro questions concerning contemporary society and uses art as a method of inquiry. In particular, Daniel is interested in the concept of Cosmopolitanism and questions what it means to be a citizen of the world.
