About The Artwork
I had the idea of a hard disk drive sleeping on a pillow. As I began to work on the pillow, I needed to make it solid. I used expanding foam insulation to fill the pillow and, in act of supreme serendipity, the pillow tried to double in size. The foam overflow looked so neat, I discarded the disk drive idea, and this is the result.
