About The Artwork
"New Sky" symbolizes the search for freedom, opening a new space of our consciousness, the space between all the existing elements, our ideas, thoughts and dreams. Our ideas are inflated in the field of acute attention and decrease in the absence of it, they bend at the point of the search. They are shrouded in interdimensional silence, with the focus on high-frequency processes that occur with the search for truth. Every idea divides space into certain parts. The greater the distance between elements and ideas, the more conscious process takes place and the deeper the interdimensional distance, which we often underestimate. The more we pay attention to space in between, the freer this process happens and the more depth we can achieve in the perception of the world, and of our own, as well as, other's ideas and concepts.

Katya Bryskina is an artist and experimental architect. She is co-founder of IM-A Studio, an artistic duo with Nataly Nemkova. The studio designs the future of living and looks for a third entity between nature and technology. The work incorporates cutting-edge technologies, bio-based material research and speculative narratives to poetically explore our possible futures through the medium of art. IM-A Studio creates systems and objects at the intersection between art, architecture and design through a diverse range of mediums, from spatial installations and landscapes to conceptual artefacts. The projects investigate the interconnectivity between the different layers of the Earth, from the micro to macro perspectives, on a microbial to planetary scale. The studio aims to manifest nature through the symbiotic relationship between living and synthetic, circular design strategies and context-sensitive technologies to supplement existing ecosystems and overcome ecological crises.
