About The Artwork
I wanted to make a sculpture in a classic way, made with my own fragile todays materials an some subtle movement to make it less static. Therefore I created a rotating nose. (See Youtube: http://youtu.be/u2xuvNc9UCk) Inspired by the story of Jason and the Argonauts I started to make my own kind of Argonaut(s), to tell my own Greek Tragedy-like story. The title Nosy Parkers represents, in an ironic way, our superficial curiosity among humans.
