About The Artwork
An homage to the "Wizard of Oz" and Judy Garland, but also a commentary of the strait jacket that the role of Dorothy could be for her. Hence the seven pairs (one for each day of the week) of replica ruby slippers (made in Judy Garland's shoe size 5) and also the sealed plastic containers, which not only preserve and protect but can also entomb and mummify.
