As Architect, Designer and Artist I tend to merge pictures of my personal inventory. The "wooden symphony" is a piece with a lot of interpretations for myself. It is architecture with its roof shapes and irregular pattern you would find in the old cities like Venice and also in rural parts of cities in Japan, where I used to live for a decade. The shape was cut into fragments, which reminds us about the fragility of old grown history and customs faced new modern context. The slices are like a cut through the body of the whole, but still not the shape is recognizable as one piece. The cut lines becoming diagonal and give the "wooden symphony" a new direction and inside relation. "Even dramatic change is happen, it does not mean it it going to change the whole" , is my quote to explain that abstract piece. Wood is the material with a lot of change during the time, like humans. Wood represents time to me. It would be nice to see visitors to question the object and get behind the story, but on the other hand it is fine to see them inspired by this object.

Germany
I m an architect who works and lives in Munich, Germany. I worked and lived in Asia (Japan, Hongkong) for around 10 years. My interest in painting is about exploring colors forms and geometry. Music also influences my artwork. Growing up close to the Weimar Bauhaus school, I early was fascinated by the mix of creative people, which ranged from architects, painters, sculptors, and musicians., which influenced each other. I'm interested in creating different things rather than sticking to one style. Diversity and curiosity for the new unexpected are the main driving force for me to make things.
