I m a romanian artist living in Berlin. My art is largely based on capturing the inner feelings , the smooth psychology of the model with a sharp and precise drawing. I am mainly interested in the grammar of the female beauty and persons with a seductive power and magnetism. For me a portrait is something from which you can feel the person, the inner self,"that very thing" that makes them who they are , they are not even aware they possess. It s like trying to make a file of their deeper sensibility and soul radiography. Inspired from things I see everyday, people I meet , it is like an exchange of energy , inspired by life and it s multiple range of events , traditions and emotions , from life to death , from the wedding to the funeral. My work is about the dialogue between the painter and the model , models share their joys , secrets, tragedies which I instantly transfer upon the canvas from the gaze of their eyes. The human s eye is the focal point of composition in my paintings and drawings .
