About The Artwork
History was a subject I did not enjoy and did not under. But over the years I have come to change my feelings about it. And I discovered that art is a wonderful medium to show history to people. People of all ages can look at war horses in a History book and have no particular feeling but seeing a painting of a war horse on the battlefield is moving. These horses might be ready to go to the field or maybe they are taking a break.
