About The Artwork

THE CREATION SERIES: Here, according to one Scientific Theory, which is also a belief of several religions, is that once reaching its maximum expansion, the Universe, begins to contract, racing back to form the singularity which gave it birth, "reentering the womb" which once again contracts into a massive compacted, density before beginning expansion again. In that massive density, those in Hell are obliterated. Dante said that "there are more Red Hats in Hell..." However, Hell's Primary population are Men/Women of Avarice/Greed, those who are trying to destroy the working classes, ala Hitler, Sanger, and present day Corporate Fascism. 30" 40" Original in private collection. Prints are available here at Saatchi.

Born in Oak Park Illinois, USA. I am a painter, writer, architectural designer, sculptor, I took an early retirement from my Professorship and advertising careers.I paint, mainly figures, I write novels and a column, blogspot, I survived polio as a lad to become an athlete and artist. I prefer to paint beautiful women and action/adventure images, as well as some religious art. I was an academic child prodigy in primary school, and won a Chicago Art Institute scholarship at age 11 for figure drawing. I won Ford Foundation Fellowships, HEW Scholarship, and a Merit scholarship in figure Painting in college. Now I have returned to painting after a long hiatus. I often under-paint using the accepted process of the Old Masters on my oil, tempera, acrylic paintings, in one or more of the following media, following in descending order of frequency: oil, acrylic, tempera, pastel, watercolor, or digital image transfers of my sketches and/or models. www.ABagnoloart.com www.BagnoloArt.com www.Bagnoloart.com/sacredart
