Flight is freedom, freedom internal and external. A person often becomes attached to something or someone, he limits himself and others. Only a few can free themselves by flying away, like a bird, from shackling indecision or fear and look at their problems from above, where they seem very small and insignificant. How huge fields turn into small patches-squares, like a patchwork quilt sewn from different pieces. High above the clouds, above the river and mountains. Hello! Thanks for your interest in my work. My name is Oxana Kravtsova, I am 38 years old, I live in Slovenia (Haloze) in a picturesque place on a hill with vineyards. In each of my paintings, I strive to convey not only a visual impression, but also an energy that can be felt tactilely. My main tool is the palette knife, with which I create many layers and textures on the canvas. Each stroke is a reflection of my feelings, moods and sensations, which are intertwined with paint and transferred to the canvas, leaving their own unique mark.
