As an artist and yoga teacher, my main inspiration for this mixed media on canvas artwork is the practice of Yoga asanas (yoga poses). In the colours and wild movement, I have tried to capture how I feel and see the energies of the body, mind and spirit working through us within a yoga practice. Painted energetically, in the spirit of allowing oneself to be passionate, an individual, to express movement, feelings and love - to be free-spirited and inspired...embracing life as if in a dance; with flair and feminine energy - always being true to oneself and following one's life path with trust.
