Spring into Summer Print

Flowing rivers, clouds and sunshine passing through the waters was the inspiration behind the piece. Nature turning from cooler spring to a warmer summer. The weather suddenly turned warm and it carried the feelings of infinite possibilities in the air when South Africa had a sudden downpour of snow during this warm weather. A myraid of pictures with children and adults alike playing in snow was all over the news and social media sites because something like this was unheard of snow in Africa. The artwork is reminder of this period in history where we were trying to emerge out of a winter period and embrace the warmer weather. The snow was like a gift of anything is possible in this new season ahead. A mix use of handmade inks and limited inks were especially mixed for the artwork. The inks create flow that lends to feelings of floating and waters divided between the heaven and the earth. Its been produced on Yupo paper sealed with Krylon Varnish.
