About The Artwork
I did this painting for a group exhibition about wigs. So I thought that the Century in which they becomes more extravagant and impressive was the Eighteen Century . And I did a painting with a wig of the late of the century, puting on it butterflies, and mice and bats but white , like the wig. Only butterflies gets their own colors. The girl wearing the wig is by profile, so she shows better the size of her wig.
