I am intrigued by the juxtaposition of things, especially the combination of human images and artifacts with the world of nature. This image combines two photographs (one of myself reflected in a window, shot in San Anselmo in January, 2016) with a shot of an old road in Seattle (shot in December, 2015) with a pastel drawing of a begonia (done in 2008)
