Figurative image inspired by the book Claustrofilia of Elvio Fachinelli.In psychiatry, psychoneurosis characterized by the morbid tendency to live in closed and secluded places. Claustrophilia would refer to primary needs of fusion with parental figures, needs that would arise from the desire for protection, and that would be active, in a not necessarily pathogenic form, in every phase of life, constituting the necessary and continuous correlation of as many fundamental instances of differentiation of the Ego.
