Istuka 2 ...One day... ...dreams will come true... A piece created in layers of mid century modern colors - aqua/turquoise, rich plum, warm sienna, and happy corals and pops of red - were applied with a palette knife and allowed to create their own story as they are then rinsed and scraped and shaped by water. Moments of wabi sabi are embraced to create a truly unique story. A series inspired by the Japanese in me.
