Secret Blooms Painting

I am Elena Ipatko, an artist born in the sunny city of Almaty (Kazakhstan). From an early age, I felt a deep connection with the surrounding nature, and painting became my main way of expressing this inner harmony. In 2015, I first ventured into experimenting with multi-layered impasto, which allowed me to convey a palpable depth and dynamic range of color in my works. This approach opened new horizons in my creative journey, helping me capture the fleeting atmosphere of momentary impressions. In 2018, I dedicated myself to a series of plein air sketches around my hometown, striving to capture the ever-changing light and shades born from the shifting seasons. Each brushstroke represents recorded emotions and memories, inviting the viewer to engage in a dialogue with the imagined. I continue to blend vibrant accents with gentle transitions, adding textural elements to emphasize the rhythm of living nature and the depth of the inner world. In every new piece, I seek harmony between reality and fantasy, aiming to spark inspiration in the viewer and invite them to join in the creation of beauty.
