TJ Leo is a Manhattan-based fitness model, physical therapy assistant and personal trainer. He was born in 1989 in Manhattan, New York. TJ Leo holds a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in physical therapy and minor in biology from the D’youville College. Over the course of his work life, TJ Leo has held a position as a physical therapy assistant at the ST Alicia Hospital. Furthermore, over the years between 2009 and 2015, he served as a personal trainer at Equinox gym. For a number of years, TJ Leo was a professional bodybuilder. Moreover, he won two bodybuilding competitions. In his spare time, TJ Leo wants to travel, do mixed martial arts such as kickboxing and jiu jujitsu, and cross-fit.
