Clotilde Petrosino is an internationally awarded fashion and documentary photographer based in Milan (Italy). As a non-binary artist, they document the LGBQTIA+ community with the aim of creating a narrative free of stereotypes, to fight all forms of discrimination. Since 2018, they’ve been pursuing "The Queer Talks" project that tells stories of people from the LGBTQIA+ community through portraits and interviews. In 2021 they’ve released the project "Postcards To..." a series of 7 entirely handmade mixed media postcards that explore the themes of violence and resilience. From 2019 to 2022 they documented Drama, a queer cabaret in Milan, telling about the life behind the scenes, the social commitment and the safe space that this reality represents. In 2020 they’ve created “STILL PRIDE” photographic project , thanks to the support of GQ Italy. 13 people have been portrayed and interviewed, in order to bring a new hope and a sense of connection and unity, between queer people in Milan, for Pride Month. The work featured fashion brands like Prada, MiuMiu, Gucci, Moncler, MSGM, Levi’s, Dsquared2. Selected clients: Zalando, Levi’s, VICE, Magliano, FANTABODY, Mondadori, Davines.
