The porcelain bowl called “Flow” is created by painting the brittle porcelain with shellac solution and carefully washing it out. This technique allows to achieve smoothly textured surface. The outside is painted with oxide paint, letting it spread like watercolours. This piece is a combination of sculpture and graphics, both techniques complimenting each other and creating an image of gentle, everchanging flow. The outside and inside of the vase is glazed so it can hold water for extended periods of time. Every day I am inspired by the beauty of nature and try to apply motives of it to my art. This piece was inspired by the neverending movement, change and fluidity in everything around us.

According to art critics, I uses ornamenting but at the same time my engravings do not lose vitality, simplicity and elegance. I create art in a little wooden studio surrounded by nature.
