Fabia Zobel

Fabia Zobel was born 1981 in Rossdorf (Hessen, Germany) as the youngest of three girls.

She focuses mainly on the emotions she evokes in the viewer, instead of only caring about the subject - that means: she focuses on dynamics, strong colors, high contrast and a moving composition to bring vibration and power to the viewer.

Main materials are acrylic on canvas.

Originally educated as industrial designer at the Folkwang University in Essen, Germany, she later got a second degree in Animation Movie, where she specialized on background paintings (landscape and architecture) and concept art (quick, expressive art that helps creating a feel for a scene or idea).
