Jennifer Bell

Jennifer Bell’s artwork is an invitation to enter a world of colour, texture and detail. An Australian based artist with over 30 years of studio practice, her career has spanned gallery ownership and a pioneering online presence that has connected her with collectors in more than 70 countries. Her work has also been recognised in both Australian and international art awards.
Bell’s vision is shaped by Visual Snow Syndrome, a rare neurological condition that overlays her sight with constant movement and static. This heightened perception draws her to repetition, patterns and layered surfaces, resulting in abstract paintings and woven works that transform visual noise into harmonious compositions.
Collectors are drawn to her art for its balance of impact and subtlety - bold statements that invite closer inspection. Each piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, offering shifting colour interactions and textures that reveal themselves over time, creating an enduring presence in any collection.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Newcastle. She later attended the University of Technology in Sydney to study Visual Communication, London's Putney School of Art and Design and the Waverley Woollahra Art School in Sydney.
