I hold a BFA in painting from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Turkey’s leading art academy, and my academic background is further strengthened by ten years of experience as a drawing instructor. This strong technical foundation allows me to deliberately deconstruct form and perspective, transforming academic rules into a unique, expressive language.

As a figurative painter, I use this approach to challenge the perception of memory and space. Characterized by a ‘New Naivety’ style, my paintings juxtapose heavy themes such as alienation and surveillance with a playful, vibrant color palette. By utilizing silhouette figures to create dreamlike environments that suspend reality, my work acts as a mirror to the contemporary human condition—colorful on the surface, yet complex and solitary underneath
