My work explores the quiet forces that sustain us: hope, inner peace, resilience, and the fragile strength we carry through life's highs and lows. Through abstraction, I use color, movement, texture, and composition to create contemplative, nuanced paintings that evoke emotion, impermanence, and vulnerability.
My process is intuitive and layered. I build surfaces slowly, allowing textures, colors, and marks to emerge and evolve over time. In many ways, this mirrors the dualities that exist within all of us: vulnerability and resilience, darkness and light, tension and peace. Through these shifting layers, I seek to create work that feels both grounded and restorative — paintings shaped by reflection, vulnerability, and the quiet process of healing.

I am a self-taught abstract artist and former private chef. I approach painting much like I once approached cooking — through balance, composition, and an intuitive response to color and texture. My work explores themes of hope, resilience, inner peace, and fragility, translating personal experience into layered abstract and landscapes that invite viewers to pause and reflect.
