"Be a versatile workhorse, not a one-trick pony!"

Living and working in Langen (Hessen), close to Frankfurt/M. (Germany), I was born and spent my childhood and youth in Bamberg (Bavaria). If you are aware of this medieval town you will definitely agree that this 'Franconian Rome' and World Heritage is certainly one of the most beautiful cities in Germany.

As a self taught, independent artist with a degree in business informatics and a professional background as quantitative research analyst, I am focused on Generative Art and Computer Aided Art. Creative coding and traditional graphic techniques give me the freedom to express my thoughts.

Due to the possibilities digital image processing offers photography and photo design have also aroused my interest in recent years. In addition, I deal with classic printing and painting techniques.

I draw my inspiration from the beauty of nature as well as from citations and classical literature. Especially this idea of 'Word Art" or "From Word to Art" is one of my favourite subjects. It also allows me to directly address social problems visually in my artwork.
