Hélio Tafner

Master in Art and Visual Culture (2018), with an emphasis on the history of performance art, pain, war and violence, from the Faculty of Visual Arts of the Federal University of Goiás (FAV/UFG). Bachelor of Fine Arts from the same institution. Since 2010, he has participated in national and international exhibitions in countries such as Peru, Spain, Italy, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Belgium, United States, Canada, Mexico and Argentina. He has works in private and public collections. His current research blurs the boundaries and concepts between the body as a political tool, the image, the archive, banal everyday life, sensationalist media through experiments with multimedia.
