Candy time! Painting

Debbie Vervoort always had a small voice in the back of her mind saying, "I wish I could paint." In December 2016, she finally decided to listen to that voice and began her artistic journey. ​After much experimentation, Debbie discovered that painting portraits was her true passion. The selective focus on parts of the face and a playful twist distinguishes her work. In 2017, she began with wooden canvases of 20x20 cm. These paintings, known as the Exclamation Mark Series, became her trademark and reached people worldwide. Many buyers often wanted more to decorate their walls, as the paintings look beautiful when grouped. Debbie created 201 paintings for this series. Debbie’s works can be found in private and corporate collections across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Poland, Greece, Italy, Portugal, England, Switzerland, Romania, Spain, Austria, Georgia, Monaco, Denmark, Taiwan, Israel, the USA, and the UAE. ​"Painting has a therapeutic effect on me, and music plays a significant role in the creative process.
