Tilen was born in Raub, a small town in Pahang, Malaysia. He attended Saito Academy of Art, where he obtained a diploma in commercial art. He moved to Singapore and started his fine art journey in 2009 by painting in watercolours, oil & acrylic. Since then,
he has made a name with his distinctive style among private buyers. His works have been showcased in several solo exhibitions as well as group exhibitions by art institutions & private galleries in Singapore.
