In contemporary art, beauty is often regarded as superficial. However, I believe that beauty is a fundamental challenge and responsibility which faces all artists. How do we imbue our creations with something that is beyond form and so diverse in its expression, yet so deeply personal to both the creator and the viewer.

They say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I try to find this beauty, in the world and in myself; translate it into something tangible for others to enjoy. I seek to create images which serve as catalysts for emotions, whatever they may be. This is the ultimate power of art - as a way in to yourself.
