Sergey Kropovinskiy was born in Simferopol in 1965. In 1984 graduated from the Crimean Art College named after N.S. Samokish. Then received a master's degree in Academy of Design and Arts in Kharkiv. Since 1991 Sergey had 27 solo exhibitions, 8 of which were in Germany and The Netherlands.
Main materials for work are oil, Dutch and Florentine watercolor, acrylic, and tempera.
