A native of Southern Calif, Pamela Mower-Conner is both a fine artist and an illustrator. She received her BA and MA from Calif State University, Fullerton, and has drawn and painted since early childhood. Her artworks are prominently featured in the home of Emmy award winning actress,CCH Pounder.
