Of Spanish and Italian descent, I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I studied drawing, painting and printmaking. My aesthetic blood comes from artists. My great-grandfather, a painter from Malaga, was a traveling artist who arrived in Argentina in 1930 to make lithography wine labels. I feel very connected to him. I have been drawing since I was very young and from the age of 12 I began to study drawing in renowned art workshops. I had excellent teachers such as: Carlos Nine, world-renowned draftsman and watercolorist, Hemerejildo Sabat, draftsman and plastic artist, one of the greats of South American plastic and graphic art. I did my studies in schools inclined towards drawing, finishing them at the Superior School of Fine Arts of Buenos Aires. In my career, I have received several awards and recognitions. Among them, the Coca Cola Award for the arts, I was selected by the Internationale Jugendbibliothek in Munich (White Ravens catalogue) and also 3 ALIJA awards at the Buenos Aires Book Fair, to name a few. Over the course of my career I have held both collective and individual exhibitions and many of my works have been acquired by various ministries of the Argentine government. One of the most important exhibitions were “Mujeres Salvajes”, in the Exhibition Hall of the Legislative Palace of the City of Buenos Aires, “Restrocpectarias” Recoleta Cultural Center, “Zoográfico” Argentine Museum of Natural Sciences, “La Catedral Tango, Milonga ” exhibition blow Palermo, “A4” collective exhibition, “Almacén Secreto”, “Club de Artistas 201”, “Galería Mar Dulce” collective exhibition, among others. I have traveled the world, lived in different countries but I love and choose Latin America to live. I feel comfortable in that vibrant energy of my town. Nature inspires me. At these times when the world is going through critical moments in terms of the environment, this gives me more strength to express how valuable it is to respect our mother earth and admire her above all things. In nature I find the spirit of creation. She is full of designs, colors and composition of life. I feel a deep joy in expressing it and saying it, with all the art possible.
