Rodrigo Veloso

Lisbon, 1995 (Portugal)
Rodrigo is a Visual Artist from Portugal that is currently based in Brooklyn, New York. He completed a master’s degree in Architecture from University of Lisbon (IST) in 2018, where in the final year he lived and studied for a semester in Ljubljana, Slovenia, at the Faculty of Architecture of Univerza v Ljubljani. In March 2019 he joined the team of ARX Portugal Arquitectos in Lisbon, as a trainee architect, where he remained until April 2020. After his internship at ARX, he decided to focus on his individual journey as an artist, having dedicated more time to drawing and painting, integrating several collective exhibitions and collaborations. His work is now a combination of his different backgrounds and experiences where different cultures and ways of living have a big influence in his practice. He is now living in New York City since the beginning of September 2021 where he continues his artistic practice. Follow his work on instagram:
