About The Artwork
After a hiking tour to a nearby mountain above Kochelsee, a famous spot, where Franz Marc painted. A lot of blue color tones are everywhere around and the lake and the mountains create a wonderful spot with different impressions during the day. The painting is an impression of mountains close to that lake with some snow spots dominated by the blue color. I painted before with classical media like oil, acrylic, pastels, and pencil. I realized painting is an expression and it's also possible to realize that expressions on a digital device with a pen. It's about ideas and expressions not so much if it's the paper, canvas, or digital canvas. All digital paintings are printable on premium matte paper in museum quality. Some of the prints get also additionally hand-drawn on top with conventional media like a pen, acrylic, and ink. It's interesting and exciting to overly conventional methods with the cutting-edge technology of today.
